Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at customerportalplugin.com and the WordPress plugin Login for Stripe Customer Portal (the "Plugin"), each operated by Brand on Fire LLC, d/b/a Gaucho Plugins ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Plugin, or by visiting this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

The Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3). You may use, modify, and redistribute the Plugin subject to the terms of that license. The PRO add-on (when separately purchased) is delivered through Freemius and remains under GPLv3, but support, license-keyed updates, and PRO-only features are tied to an active Freemius subscription.

2. PRO subscription

PRO is sold as an annual subscription with automatic renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time from your Freemius account dashboard; the Plugin continues to function until the end of the paid term. We may revise pricing for renewals; you will be notified before any renewal price change takes effect.

3. 30-day refund

PRO purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email support and reference your Freemius order number; refunds are returned to the original payment method through Freemius. Refunds are not available for renewals processed more than 30 days prior.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Plugin or this site (a) in violation of any law, (b) to attempt to bypass license restrictions, (c) to send unsolicited bulk mail through the magic-link mailer, or (d) to mislead end users about who is operating the login surface or storing their data.

5. Third-party services

The Plugin sends data to Stripe (for portal session creation and customer lookup) and Freemius (for license validation and update delivery). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or behavior of third-party services.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Plugin and this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we maintain a 250-test payments-grade test suite and ship security hardening with each release, no software is ever guaranteed bug-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand on Fire LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Plugin or this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Plugin is limited to the amount you paid us for the PRO license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Trademarks

"Stripe" and the Stripe logo are trademarks of Stripe, Inc. This Plugin and this site are not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe. References to Stripe are descriptive only.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Plugin or site after a change indicates acceptance.
